This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through The Recovery Quest, including one-time purchases, memberships, and recurring subscriptions.

Why We Have This Policy

Our products deliver immediate and permanent access to digital content, including courses, videos, audio, assessments, and written materials. Because this content cannot be returned once accessed, we are unable to offer refunds.

Before You Purchase

We encourage you to review the course descriptions, watch the free introductory content, and take the free Power Number Assessment before making a paid purchase. If you have questions about what a membership includes, contact us before you buy and we will answer them.

Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future billing. You will keep access for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not generate a refund for the current or any prior billing period.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate transaction or a charge you did not authorize — contact us promptly. We will review the transaction and correct any genuine billing error.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in place of contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. If you have a billing concern, please reach out to us first — we would rather resolve it directly.

Access Termination

If your account is terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your membership.
